Hi I am Pauline Hawkins Hume founder of North Star Coaching 4U based in Blackburn Aberdeenshire. I have always loved working with people in both paid and voluntary work. Throughout my life I found that people from all different backgrounds and ages would ask for my advice and confide in me. I always feel so good when I can be there to listen  and when I manage to put a smile on someones face. 

Like a lot of people I have had a lot of life lessons so I understand the highs and lows of life. I have a daughter who is almost 21 so I also understand the challenges of being a parent at different ages and stages. With this experience and the passion to work with and support people I decided to take the step and become a Coach and an NLP Practitioner. What better way to help people by giving them the tools to enable them to help themselves.
